La Roche Posay Canada ships exclusively to addresses within Canada. At this time, we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. We offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate your needs.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that preparation times may be longer during peak periods and promotional events.
Shipping takes place Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian federal holidays.
MY ORDER SHOWS AS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You may also want to contact your local carrier, as they can often provide additional delivery details.Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen items. We always recommend choosing a secure delivery location to help prevent issues.
ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS FOR CERTAIN PRODUCTS?
Yes, some products such as aerosols and alcohol-based items like fragrances, liquid cleansers, and toners are classified as regulated materials and must be shipped via Standard Shipping due to air transport regulations.If your order contains any of these items, Standard Shipping will automatically be applied at checkout to ensure safe and compliant delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Please ensure all shipping details are correct when placing your order, as we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping information.If the package is returned to our distribution center through the standard return process, a refund will be issued.

HOW DO I RETURN A FRAGRANCE?
To start a return for fragrance, please contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.Since perfume is flammable, it must be shipped according to specific safety regulations. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions, including the Limited Quantity Goods label.Once we receive your return, we’ll process it according to our standard return policy.
